今年第9号台风“巴威”最大可能于11日白天掠过台湾岛北部沿海，并于11日夜间在浙江温岭至福建福清一带沿海登陆。
根据《温州市防汛防台抗旱应急预案》，经会商研判，浙江温州市防指决定于7月10日8时起将防台风应急响应提升为Ⅱ级。
