2026年7月8日晚，上海市公安局青浦分局官方微博发布通报：7月7日8时50分，育才路一居民小区内发生一起犬只伤人案件。经查，马某（男，49岁）饲养的两犬只从家中窜出后，进入上址小区咬伤一名男童腿部。受伤男童经送医治疗无生命危险。
目前，马某已被警方依法采取刑事强制措施，涉案犬只已被收容，案件正在进一步侦办中。
