7月8日，吴通控股（300292）发布公告，公司拟使用自有资金3000万元参与认购淮安永鑫融耀二号新兴产业创业投资基金合伙企业（有限合伙），占合伙企业份额的3.24%。
公告提到，合伙企业主要投资于集成电路、新能源汽车、AI 基础建设、航空航天等泛智能制造产业相关领域的成长期创新型企业。
2026年一季度，吴通控股实现收入10.77亿元，归母净利润4132万元。
