北京时间7月8日，根据德国转会市场网站更新的信息显示，26岁的韩奇臻加盟南京城市，此前他曾在西班牙和塞尔维亚留洋踢球，也曾代表南京队参加“苏超”比赛。
韩奇臻出生于2000年3月2日，现年26岁。2019年，韩奇臻加盟西班牙俱乐部阿尔瓦塞特竞技。2024年，韩奇臻加盟塞尔维亚俱乐部波拉斯。
2025年，韩奇臻代表南京队出战“苏超”比赛。
