记者8日从云南省应急管理厅获悉，受持续性强降雨天气影响，云南省防汛抗旱指挥部于7月7日23时对昆明、曲靖、玉溪、保山、楚雄、红河、文山、普洱、大理、德宏、丽江、怒江、临沧13个州、市启动防汛Ⅳ级应急响应。
