隐患描述：控制室内未设置事故应急照明灯
排查依据：《HG/T 20508－2014 控制室设计规范》
3.5.6控制室应设置应急照明系统，并符合下列规定：
1、应急电源应在正常供电中断时，可靠供电20-30min；
2、操作室中操作站工作面的照度标准值不应低于100lx；
3、其它区域照度标准值应为30－50lx。控制室内设置事故应急照明灯。
