7月7日，神工股份（688233.SH）公告称，公司拟投资建设硅零部件新品研发及配套硅材料扩产、集成电路制造关键材料研发及产业化、封装及微纳光电用硅材料新品研发及产业化三个项目，总投资约11.3亿元。其中，硅零部件项目拟投资5.86亿元，建设周期5年；集成电路材料项目拟投资3.26亿元，建设周期3年；封装及微纳光电项目拟投资2.18亿元，建设周期2年。该事项尚需提交股东会审议。
