清康熙《平乐府志》，广西平乐县，古代共修过四次地方志，第一次成稿未成书，后三次则有版本留存，现存最早的，就是康熙五十六年（1717年）版，这版中最为引人注目的记载，是大唐“神龙政变”推翻武则天复国事件中的一位大功臣，崔玄晖的最后归宿——“孤州”，就在平乐县境内。
