7月3日，ST惠伦（300460）发布公告，潘毅华因工作调整原因辞去公司副总经理、董事会秘书职务，辞职后将担任公司其他职务。
在聘任新的董事会秘书之前，由公司董事长邢越代为履行董事会秘书职责。
2026年一季度，ST惠伦实现收入1.29亿元，归母净利润-836万元。
