消息面上，开发AI大模型Claude的Anthropic公司正与三星电子就AI芯片代工展开磋商，为三星晶圆代工业务带来复苏信号。据美国科技媒体《The Information》2日报道，Anthropic已启动自研AI芯片前期筹备，计划采用三星2纳米制程及先进封装工艺生产。
