当地时间7月2日，闪迪公司宣布，其第10代3D NAND闪存技术BiCS10 1Tb TLC开始提供样品。据闪迪介绍，BiCS10 TLC将存储层数增加到332层，并集成了Toggle DDR6.0、SCA协议和PI-LTT技术，以支持高速、低功耗运行。
