7月2日，泰禾股份（301665）发布公告，“嘧菌酯原药项目”和“肟菌酯原药项目”已建成并达到预定可使用状态，公司决定对前述募投项目进行结项。
募集资金使用情况如下：
公司表示，已将上述节余利息全部用于支付募投项目款项。项目的结项将有助于提升公司盈利能力，降低生产成本。
2026年一季度，泰禾股份实现收入13.78亿元，归母净利润1.34亿元。
