7月2日，铜冠矿建（920019）发布公告，公司子公司铜冠矿建（赞比亚）有限公司（承包人）与中色非洲矿业有限公司签订《谦比希铜矿东南矿2026-2027年度外委采矿掘进合同》，合同金额暂定为9200万美元（不含增值税），合同工期为2026年7月1日至2027年12月31日，工程内容包括开拓、采准、切割、回采、支护、铲装、无轨运输、系统安装工程及其他零星工程等。
2026年一季度，铜冠矿建实现收入4.08亿元，归母净利润1671万元。
