7月2日，用友网络（600588）发布公告，控股股东北京用友科技将其持有的666万股办理补充质押，占其所持股份的0.72%及公司总股本的0.19%。
截至公告披露日，北京用友科技累计质押股份数量为4.56亿股，占其所持股份的49.54%及公司总股本的13.36%。
2026年一季度，用友网络实现收入14.59亿元，归母净利润-7.23亿元。
