连续扫频窄线宽激光器是 Santec 公司的拳头产品。采用 Littrow 架构的 ECDL，可实现通讯波段单纵模 <100kHz 线宽的输出，13dBm 功率，无跳模扫频范围达到100nm，每秒可扫描200nm。
Santec TSL 分为5 系列和7 系列。其中5 系列分为A、C 两个级别，又按照波段范围分为0(1260-1350nm)、ES(1355~1485nm)、CL(1500~1630nm)、SCL(1480~1630nm)、LU(1560~1680nm) 多个型号;7系列性能更高，主要针对CL、SCL 波段。
