近日，包括英飞凌、德州仪器、意法半导体在内的国内外约20家芯片厂商集体启动新一轮涨价，功率半导体是此轮涨价潮涉及的核心品类，其中有多家厂商今年已经宣布过调价。英飞凌是全球最大的功率半导体厂商。6月30日，英飞凌全球高级副总裁兼大中华区总裁潘大伟在该公司的媒体日上就新一轮涨价回应称：“这次涨价主要是考虑到成本上升方面的因素，比如原材料价格的上涨。”（第一财经）
