据央视新闻，7月1日起，5大类重点液态食品道路散装运输须持准运证方可开展。市场监管等部门将实施全链条、专业化、可追溯管理，切实保障人民群众饮食安全。此次纳入实行道路散装运输许可管理的重点液态食品包括涉及国计民生、消费量大、安全风险相对较高的植物油、调味品、酒类、食糖、淀粉糖等5大类14小类液态食品，基本涵盖了目前使用罐车运输的散装液态食品品种。
