据《证券时报》，近日，“全球最火”内存ETF——Roundhill Memory ETF（DRAM）进行了调仓，首次纳入A股存储芯片巨头兆易创新，权重为2.91%，为该ETF的第8大重仓股。Roundhill Memory ETF是全球首款专门聚焦于计算机存储与数据存储行业的纯主题型ETF。
