深交所官网信息显示，东莞银行、广东南海农商行已分别于6月26日、6月29日更新提交招股说明书材料，更新内容主要为2025年度财务资料。由此，两家排队银行IPO审核状态恢复为“已受理”。此前，因IPO申请文件中记录的财务资料已过有效期，两家银行审核状态同于3月底变更为“中止”。
