雅居乐公告称，兹提述雅居乐集团控股有限公司日期为2025年12月9日、2026年2月25日及2026年3月2日之公告，内容有关呈请人对本公司提出呈请。除另有说明外，本公告所用词汇与该等公告所定义者具有相同涵义。
于2026年6月29日的高等法院聆讯中，高等法院颁令将呈请聆讯延期至2026年10月12日。
本公司将适时另行刊发进一步公告，以知会股东及投资者任何有关呈请的重大进展。
