金川国际（02362）发布公告，公司的非全资附属公司Kinsenda于2026年6月29日成功将其持有的5%股份权益转让给刚果（金）政府，以遵守2018年矿业法规定的续采矿许可证重续程序。Kinsenda于2021年10月5日的采矿许可证到期后，已成功续期至2036年10月5日。
转让后，公司的应占权益由77%减少至72.15%。尽管股权有所减少，Kinsenda仍为公司的间接非全资附属公司，其财务业绩将继续合并入公司的财务报表。
