6月30日早间，建业实业在港交所公告，集团截至2026年3月31日止年度的收入减少17.3%至港币8.50亿元（2025年：港币10.27亿元），而投资物业重估、财务费用及所得税抵免/（开支）前的经营溢利下跌27.6%至港币3.20亿元（2025年：港币4.42亿元）。收入及经营溢利的下跌主要由于随着活动减少，发展物业销售的贡献减少，此乃预期之内。
