6月29日，鹏鼎控股（002938.SZ）公告，公司于2025年12月15日披露拟2026年向泰国园区投资合计42.97亿元用于建设生产厂房及配套设施，本次公司董事会同意通过子公司鹏鼎国际向新加坡鹏鼎增资THB 71.82亿元(等值美元金额)，再由新加坡鹏鼎向泰国鹏鼎增资THB 71.82亿元，资金来源为公司自有资金，不涉及关联交易，无需提交股东会审议。
