北京商报讯（记者 王寅浩 宋雨盈）6月29日，浙江医药发布公告称，公司拟分拆所属子公司浙江新码生物医药股份有限公司至香港联合交易所有限公司上市，今日，公司收到新码生物的通知，新码生物已通过保密形式向香港联交所递交了首次公开发行股票并在香港联交所主板上市的申请文件。
