人民财讯6月26日电，为加快化妆品新原料研发创新，促进产业高质量发展，根据《化妆品监督管理条例》《化妆品注册备案管理办法》等有关规定，国家药监局组织制定了《化妆品新原料注册备案及资料管理规定》，现予发布，自2026年7月15日起施行。
