6月26日，必和必拓宣布任命Jessica Farrell为北美区总裁，自2026年7月1日起生效。
据介绍，Farrell现任创新副总裁，此前曾任西澳大利亚镍矿资产总裁。其还将兼任南美区总裁一职，直至该职位的招聘工作完成。
此外，必和必拓表示，现任首席运营官Edgar Basto将继续留在行政领导团队，担任首席企业绩效官，并向首席执行官汇报，自9月1日起生效。
Geraldine Slattery将继续担任澳大利亚区总裁，并将负责南澳大利亚铜业业务。
