6月25日，海通恒信（01905）发布公告，公司（出租人）与济南市清源水务集团有限公司（承租人）签订融资租赁合同，以3亿元购买承租人位于山东省济南市的供水生产、输配、电气配套及水质环保处理等设备设施，并回租给对方，租赁期限为36个月。
租金总额由租赁本金3亿元及租赁利息约2543万元构成，承租人在支付首期租金后每3个月支付一次，直至最后一期租金付清。
