观点网讯：6月23日，根据中原按揭研究部及土地注册处数据显示，2026年5月份香港银行转按共录得560宗登记，环比跌3.6%，连续七个月处于500多宗平稳低水平。
2026年首五个月累计录得2,784宗转按登记，较2025年同期2,750宗微升1.2%，反映转按登记量目前整体仍主要处于低水平横行状态。
