6月23日，中信重工（601608）发布公告，公司董事、总经理张志勇因工作调动辞去相关职务，之后不再担任公司任何职务，其辞任不会导致董事会成员低于法定人数。
同时，公司董事会决定增补曹晖为董事候选人，并聘任其为总经理，任期自董事会审议通过之日起至公司第六届董事会任期届满。
2026年一季度，中信重工实现收入22.05亿元，归母净利润9508万元。
