上交所公司债券项目信息平台显示，建发房地产集团有限公司60亿元小公募债项目状态更新为“已受理”，更新日期为2026年6月23日。募集说明书申报稿显示，本次债券的募集资金在扣除发行费用后，拟将不超过30亿元用于偿还到期、赎回或回售公司债券本金或置换用于偿还到期、赎回或回售公司债券本金的自有资金，不超过30亿元用于住宅房地产项目建设和偿还项目借款。
