新京报贝壳财经讯 6月17日，派林生物发布公告称，公司收到控股股东共青城胜帮英豪投资合伙企业（有限合伙）（简称“胜帮英豪”）的函件，受市场波动及行业环境变化影响，胜帮英豪与中国生物难以在约定时间内完成交割，双方已同意终止控股权转让交易。本次控股权转让交易终止后，胜帮英豪仍为公司控股股东，陕西省国资委仍为公司实际控制人。
