6月15日，“遇见小面”创始人宋奇就“商标风波”发布致歉声明称，“这两天，我闭门思过，想着除了道歉我到底还能做点什么。于是，我和团队决定将我们已注册的第35类‘渝见小面’商标无偿赠予你们。” 信中称，“渝见小面”不用改换招牌，如果还需继续申请第43类商标（目前可以申请注册），他们愿意提供必要的帮助。
