麦可思研究院近日发布《2026年中国大学生就业报告》。2025届本科毕业生起薪平均每月6435元，明显高于同期城镇居民月均可支配收入（4709元），剔除通货膨胀因素的影响后，与2021届相比，五年来本科生起薪增长7.7%。
