北京时间6月10日，日本运动品牌亚瑟士（7936.T）公告宣布，公司已召开董事会，决议计划自2027年1月1日起，通过吸收分割方式将公司旗下鬼塚虎（Onitsuka Tiger）品牌全部业务划转至公司全资持股子公司OT GROUP株式会社承接，并将全球各区域子公司旗下的鬼塚虎业务逐一拆分，重组为OT GROUP的子公司。
