上海市汽车以旧换新补贴调整为即时摇号。6月8日晚，上海市商务委发布《关于调整2026年上海市汽车以旧换新补贴活动摇号方式的公告》。《公告》称，自2026年6月9日至2026年9月30日，符合条件的个人消费者可在每日7:00-22:00通过“上海商务”微信公众号“政务服务-汽车以旧换新补贴申请”入口，报名参加即时摇号。
