府城印精品酒店荣获 2025 瑞士 LIV 酒店设计奖

近日，由零壹城市建筑室内一体化设计的“墨香印迹”——府城印精品酒店，荣获 2025 瑞士 LIV 酒店设计奖（LIV Hospitality Design Awards）建筑居住类“精品酒店”（Hotel - Boutique）与“翻新设计”（Renovation）两项大奖（Winner）。

Recently, Fuchengyin Boutique Hotel — "The Impression of Ink," designed by LYCS Architecture with integrated architecture and interior design, has been named a Winner in both the "Hotel - Boutique" and "Renovation" categories at the 2025 LIV Hospitality Design Awards.

近日，由零壹城市担纲设计的杭新科技（杭州）有限公司（戴维贝拉园区）提升改造项目正式举行奠基仪式。项目坐落于杭州滨江区核心地带，旨在通过空间的彻底重构，为企业打造一座功能完备、形象卓越的现代化总部办公环境，开启从老旧工业地块向当代城市地标蜕变的新篇章。

Recently, the groundbreaking ceremony was officially held for the Hangxin Technology (Hangzhou) Co., Ltd. (Dave & Bella Park) renovation and upgrade project, designed by LYCS Architecture. Located in the heart of Binjiang District, Hangzhou, the project aims to create a fully functional and distinguished modern headquarters office environment through a thorough reconstruction of space, opening a new chapter in its transformation from an old industrial plot into a contemporary urban landmark.

设计以“光砾之所”为核心理念，在秩序井然的几何体量中探讨自然光影与建筑质感的共生。建筑立面大面积采用清水混凝土与高透玻璃，混凝土如同坚硬的“砾石”赋予建筑沉稳理性的精神底座，而光的介入则打破了材质的冰冷。这种“刚与柔”的材质对话，不仅回应了现代办公对开放性与高效性的诉求，更通过极简的建筑语言，构筑出一处静谧、纯粹且富有仪式感的当代企业精神家园。

The design centers on the concept of "The Place of Light and Concrete," exploring the symbiosis of natural light and architectural texture within a disciplined geometric framework. The facades feature fair-faced concrete and high-transparency glass; the concrete acts as a solid "grit," providing a rational spiritual foundation, while the infusion of light dissolves the material’s coldness. This dialogue between "strength and softness" addresses the modern demand for openness while constructing a serene and ceremonial spiritual home through a minimalist vocabulary.

零壹城市室内设计作品“墨书印影”府城印精品酒店，植根于两千年历史古城临海，在原台州印刷厂旧址上通过“拆除—保留—更新—置入”的改造策略，将这片承载深厚记忆的历史空间转化为融合书店、展览、餐饮与酒店等多元功能的复合文化场所，焕新城市生活方式，推动古城的持续更新。

"Ink Impressions" an interior design project by LYCS Architecture for Fucheng Yin Boutique Hotel, is rooted in the 2,000-year-old historic city of Linhai. Situated on the site of the former Taizhou Printing Factory, the project employs a renovation strategy of "demolish—preserve—renew—insert." It transforms this historical space, steeped in deep collective memory, into a multifaceted cultural destination integrating a bookstore, exhibitions, dining, and hospitality. This initiative revitalizes urban lifestyles while advancing the sustainable regeneration of the ancient city.

设计以“开门见树”的仪式化叙事、海浪起伏的建筑表情和墨香印迹的空间语言，回应了场所对于自然共生、地域文化与感官体验的多重诉求。它不仅是一处高品质的度假酒店，更是一座链接工业遗存、传统匠心与当代生活的文化剧场，展现了建筑作为时间印记与空间美学对话载体的无限可能。

The design responds to the multifaceted demands for natural symbiosis, regional identity, and sensory experience through its ceremonial narrative of "meeting the tree upon entry," an architectural language of undulating waves, and a spatial vocabulary of ink imprints. More than a high-quality resort hotel, it stands as a cultural theater linking industrial heritage, traditional craftsmanship, and contemporary lifestyle—demonstrating the architectural potential to mediate between the imprints of time and spatial aesthetics.

目前，“童趣风车”平湖儿童青少年中心幕墙施工已进入最后冲刺阶段，立面即将整体亮相，仅余少量非标段正在紧锣密鼓地进行收尾安装。项目坐落于嘉兴平湖市东湖景区附近，致力于为城市打造一座充满童心与活力的标志性文化综合体。

The curtain wall of the "Playful Pinwheel" Pinghu Children and Youth Center is nearing completion, with the facade soon to be fully unveiled. Currently, construction is in its final sprint, with only the non-standard corner sections remaining for final installation. Located near the East Lake Scenic Area in Pinghu, Jiaxing, the project is set to become a vibrant and engaging cultural landmark for the city.

The design embraces the concept of a "playful pinwheel" to symbolize the vision of "gathering and blending," with its freely flowing form outlining an open, carpet-like architectural layout. While fulfilling functional needs, the design creates vibrant plaza spaces and layered landscapes, offering children a green haven for exploration and growth that integrates diverse ecological experiences.

项目动态 |“新零售的摇篮”西谷二号电商产业园收官在即

近日，由零壹城市为九家电商行业龙头企业量身打造的“新零售的摇篮”——西谷二号电商产业园，整体工程已进入竣工交付的倒计时阶段，建筑形象现已完整呈现。该项目位于杭州富阳区，占地约 51.5 亩，总建筑面积约 12.5 万平方米。

Recently, West Valley 2, designed by LYCS Architecture for nine leading e-commerce enterprises, has entered the final stage of handover and inspection, with its overall architectural silhouette now fully revealed. Located in Fuyang District, Hangzhou, the project covers approximately 51.5 mu with a total construction area of about 125,000 square meters.

整体规划将园区划分为多个相对独立的区块，通过两个大尺度庭院与下沉庭院组织起开放而有序的公共空间，营造出一种具有“学院感”的电商总部集群氛围。建筑以高低错落的方式排布，同时引入中部花园层与建筑错层结构，灵活预留“上总部、下租赁”的空间布局，以适应企业发展的多样需求。建筑立面通过错位变化强化单体昭示性，每两栋总部共享一个礼宾入口，在提高土地利用效率的同时，塑造出统一而连续的街区界面。

The overall master plan organizes the park into several relatively independent blocks. Public spaces are structured through two large-scale courtyards and a sunken garden, creating an open yet orderly spatial layout that evokes a campus-like atmosphere for the e-commerce headquarters cluster. The buildings are arranged in a staggered height pattern, incorporating a central garden level and split-section structure to flexibly accommodate a “headquarters above, leasing below” layout. Facade articulations with deliberate offsets enhance the identity of individual buildings while contributing to a coherent and continuous streetscape.

The 2026 Xiamen International Design and Art Exhibition officially opened on April 25 at the Xiamen Art Museum. "The Big N" — Southeast Space Frame Global Center, designed with integrated architecture and interior by LYCS Architecture, was showcased at the event.
