6月2日，航发动力（600893）发布公告，公司副董事长李健因工作变动申请辞去董事职务。李健的离任时间为2026年6月1日，原定任期到期日为2027年4月29日。辞职后，李健不再在公司及其控股子公司任职，且不存在未履行的公开承诺。
2026年一季度，航发动力实现收入70.77亿元，归母净利润256万元。
