5月29日，ST能特（002102）发布公告，公司董事、董事会秘书黄浩因个人原因辞职，辞职报告自送达董事会之日起生效。
黄浩辞去公司董事、董事会秘书及董事会专门委员会职务，并同时辞去在子公司兼任的其他职务。辞职后，黄浩不再担任公司及子公司任何职务。
2026年一季度，ST能特实现收入15.21亿元，归母净利润2371万元。
