5月28日消息，根据一份关于下月年度股东会的通知，在截至3月31日的财年中，野村控股八位高管平均获得9.21亿日元（约580万美元）的薪酬，去年同期为6.57亿日元。上述高管的总薪酬达到创纪录的74亿日元，比前一年增长60%。该公司高管上财年薪酬平均上调40%，约为前一财年涨幅的两倍。
