人民财讯5月27日电，江苏索普(600746)5月27日公告，拟向不超过35名特定投资者，发行股票募资不超过16亿元，用于醋酸乙烯及EVA一体化项目（一期工程）、20万吨/年碳酸二甲酯项目。
据悉，醋酸乙烯下游应用领域广泛，落后产能逐步退出，高品质醋酸乙烯需求缺口明显；酸二甲酯受益于新能源、新材料领域双重驱动，市场规模将持续增长。
