近日，山东济南。李先生雨天开车雨刮器故障，掰下后用手拿着“手动”刮雨。
他称车几个月没开了，本想下雨天开去洗车，半路坏了只好这样应急，走了不到1公里。
交警看到后提醒了他，李先生称后怕，“吓出一身汗，下班的点人多车多。”
