5月26日，中远海能（600026.SH）公告称，公司间接全资子公司远海液化天然气投资有限公司拟与期租承租方签订船舶期租合同，出租2艘大型气体船，租期20年，租期内总租金约59亿元。本次交易旨在满足客户需求，增强盈利能力，已获董事会审议通过，不构成关联交易或重大资产重组。
