软银集团5月25日公告称，计划在日本发行2600亿日元无担保次级混合债券，该债券期限为35年，面值100万日元，评级为BBB+，前5年拟定年利率为4.80%至5.60%，此后转为浮动，认购期为2026年6月8日至18日，6月19日正式发行，募集资金将主要用于置换2027年到期的美元混合债。
