近期，山东济南、青岛两家新开业的山姆会员商店内，接连出现顾客未结账就地食用商品，其残渣、空瓶还被随意丢弃在货架的现象。 5月22日，界面新闻向山姆客服了解针对上述行为是否有相应的管理措施，对方表示，相关情况会进行记录，也会反馈给相关部门。
