5月22日早间，再鼎医药在港交所公告，于2026年5月18日，公司董事会决定Josh Smiley将不再担任公司总裁兼首席运营官，自2026年5月18日起生效，其在公司的最后任职日期为2026年5月22日。此前与该等职位相关的职责，已由公司董事会主席、创始人兼首席执行官杜莹以及公司管理团队其他成员承接。待Smiley签署一份常规的解除协议后，彼将根据其现有雇佣协议获得遣散补偿。
