新京报贝壳财经讯 5月19日，锦富技术公告，持股1.08亿股(占8.32%)的股东泰兴市赛尔新能源科技有限公司计划自公告披露起15个交易日后的3个月内，以大宗交易或集中竞价减持不超过3820.09万股(占3%)，其中集中竞价不超1273.36万股(占1%)，大宗交易不超2546.72万股(占2%)；减持股份来源为协议受让或二级市场集中竞价买入，减持原因为自身资金需求。
