5月16-17日，源自德国的混合健身竞速赛HYROX上海站在世博展览馆开赛，吸引超一万民选手参加，创下中国区单站参赛人数历史新高。这场被称为 “没苦硬吃” 的赛事从2024年11月进入中国内地，首场赛事只有不到1700人报名，仅用一年半就完成了从 "小众试水" 到 "现象级爆款" 的跨越。
