观点网讯：5月18日，中原按揭研究部及土地注册处数据显示，2026年4月份香港银行转按共录得581宗登记，环比升4.7%，数字虽连升三个月，但连续六个月处于500多宗平稳水平。
2026年首四个月累计录得2224宗转按登记，较2025年同期2237宗微跌0.6%，反映转按登记量目前整体仍主要处于低水平横行状态。
