山东烟台招远市应急管理局14日发布通报，13日凌晨1时许，招远市金亭岭矿业有限公司一基建矿区在实施井下出渣作业时发生事故，造成3人死亡、2人受伤，伤者情况稳定。
目前，善后处置和事故调查正在进行中。
