每经AI快讯，5月12日，中科创达公告，公司于2026年5月12日召开2025年度股东会，审议通过了《关于变更回购股份用途并注销的议案》，同意将回购账户中的103.76万股用途由“用于员工持股计划或股权激励”变更为“用于注销并相应减少注册资本”。本次注销完成后，公司总股份数将由4.61亿股减少为4.6亿股，注册资本将由4.61亿元减少为4.6亿元。
